Q: What initially got you into farming?
A: It’s something we’ve always had an interest in.

Q: How long have you had Milk & Honey?
A: We’ve had the farm for close to six years, but this is our second year of market production.

Q: What are your most popular vegetables?
A: I’d say the zephyr zucchini, tomatoes of different types, pickling cucumbers, and lunchbox peppers are our best sellers.

Q: Do you have anything that’s particularly fun to farm? Any favorites?
A: We actually look forward to working with everything, because each presents its own challenge… and it’s all good!

Q: Do you have plans for more growth?
A: Yes, as we go up the learning curve we’ll feel more comfortable expanding.

Q: Is there anything else you’d like to add?
A: Just that we’re very appreciative to Ed and Nature’s Corner for serving as such a great outlet for our produce, and being so encouraging!

Thank you, Eli, for taking the time to speak with us and show us around your farm. We receive fresh, organic produce directly from him every week – So keep an eye out! πŸ™‚
