This is Gerri, Head Chef at Nature’s Corner. She does some pretty amazing things in our kozy kitchen. When I asked her about her favorite product, I thought she’d have a hard time choosing one because she uses so many to create her delicious deli case masterpieces. Tinkyada is the closest thing to the taste and texture of traditional semolina pasta but a healthier choice.” No wheat means it’s safe for people with wheat and gluten sensitivity.
