Staff Pick: Tinkyada Pasta Joy

This is Gerri, Head Chef at Nature’s Corner.  She does some pretty amazing things in our kozy kitchen.  When I asked her about her favorite product, I thought she’d have a hard time choosing one because she uses so many to create her delicious deli case masterpieces.  Turns out she couldn’t wait to talk about gluten-free Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta.  “I Love Tinkyada pasta because it’s truly the best brown rice pasta I have ever tried.  Growing up Italian with “Pasta Sundays” every week, I know good pasta.  Tinkyada is the closest thing to the taste and texture of traditional semolina pasta but a healthier choice.”  No wheat means it’s safe for people with wheat and gluten sensitivity.  Sounds good to me, Gerri, I’m sold.
