New Labeling Regulations for GMOs
I just came across this article because I was curious exactly who could label what products “Non-GMO” so I did a search to find out. You see, I read labels. Some of the food I buy says Non-GMO, other stuff doesn’t. I’d like to think I’m not getting viral DNA in my corn on the cob, but what’s a girl to do? Check this article out:

Kale Chips
What’s crispy, crunchy, savory, satisfying and…green? Why, Kale Chips, of course! They’re deceptively good for you and all the rage. Of course we carry them already made but check out this video to see how easy they are to make at home. Then play around! Try different flavors, different types of kale, different veggies entirely! There are a lot of possibilities. I’m going to try this with the local Russian Red Kale we just got in. I know you’re jealous.
